When you load games onto your hard disk they are stored in the WBFS format. You cant save an ISO on to your wiis NAND (the internal memory) you can store games on USB drives/memory cards and load the games using a usb backup loader. The shortcut is the wad/channel installed on the system menu. Otherwise the shortcut wont find the game. Drag the.RAR file into the compression utility's. You need to have the harddisk plugged in. These wads would be shortcuts to the games on the harddisk. It should be able to make WADs for the games.

After converting the ISO, you can then copy the WBFS file to your USB device. The last time i used a WBFS manager i used the channel builder in the program. You can use a WBFS Manager to move games on the harddisk. So you have to format the hard disk to work with the right filetype.
